While you are going to school, temporary or seasonal jobs may be a good way to get work experience and letters of recommendation for future interviews when you complete your studies.

Seasonal work in Southern Oregon focuses on the tourism, farming and holiday merchandising.  If you are working with youth in your ultimate career, consider summer camps and recreation programs.  If your love is biology and nature, then you may find opportunities in the parks, recreation or woodlands fire fighting, trail maintenance.
